Hawaii Uncorked, a division of Cogill Consulting, provides private chef & concierge services for your Big Island vacation, including stocking the pantry and bar of your home or vacation rental; filling the fridge with prepared dishes to be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; acting as a personal chef throughout your stay, creating elegant, farm to table dinner parties for your friends and family in the comfort of your home or rental.
Additionally, we offer educational and unique wine tasting events for corporate functions, private events and family gatherings, led by Certified Sommelier Hayley Hamilton Cogill CS/CSW. We are based on the Big Island of Hawaii, working primarily in Mauna Lani, but we are available to travel throughout Hawaii.
