Hayley is a Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine, television contributor, writer, and educator, leading unique, educational wine tastings on the Hawaiian Islands. A seasoned journalist, who has traveled the world chasing the grape, Hayley’s knowledge of wine, winemaking and viticulture are only surpassed by her passion for the subject and dedication to making wine enjoyable for all, whether her guests are well-trained oenophiles or introductory novices.

Working closely with her clients, Hayley creates specialized tasting events to match the preferences of her guests. From tasting through the world’s best sparkling wines; to toasting the best value wines on the market; or a celebration of the finest Barolo wines of Piemonte, Hawaii Uncorked will provide a unique and memorable experience for each of your guests.

Based on the Big Island, and available to travel throughout Hawaii, Hayley is available for corporate wine tastings, team building events, bridal lunches, engagement celebrations, family reunions, etc. for groups of 10-200+.
